In 2011 during rescue archaeological excavations of the Power Federal Commission of Mexico City, some remains were discovered with mixed contexts. The purpose of this paper is to identify the temporality (precolumbian or historical) of the fauna in the site. The study covers the zooarchaeological and taphonomic analysis of a sample of 387 bone fragments.
